Perry Park Water and Sanitation District is a governmental entity and is not a business for profit. Its purpose it to ensure safe and reliable drinking water is delivered and that sewer, (wastewater), is treated, released and used for renewable water augmentation 365 days a year, 24/7.
The District is governed by a five-member board of directors that are elected by the residents of the community to represent them. Every board member is a property owner and lives in the community. Ms. Diana Miller, District Manager, and her staff conduct the daily management of the District. Mr. Scott Monroe, Operations Supervisor, and his staff, perform 7 day a week operations and responds to emergency calls. Mr. Monroe individually, participates in planning and project management on behalf of the District. Board meetings are held, (unless otherwise posted), the third Wednesday of each month at 4:30 pm at the District’s office and residents of Perry Park are always welcome.
