Perry Park’s Wastewater Treatment Plants
Sanitary sewer (wastewater) service for the Perry Park communities is provided through two wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) owned and operated by the District.
Constructed in the 70s, the Waucondah WWTP discharges treated water into Bear Creek, a tributary to West Plum Creek. The Sageport WWTP discharges treated wastewater into East Plum Creek. Although discharging to different creeks, both WWTP are located in the Chatfield Watershed.
